“Before Intraflow, our admin processes had grown around us without much structure. Everyone was doing their best, but we were relying on memory and manual tracking to keep on top of referrals and bookings. Since the new system went live, our team finally has one source of truth. The change has also made onboarding new staff much easier. Instead of trying to explain a collection of workarounds, we can show them a clear process with defined steps. The day feels more controlled, there are fewer ‘Where is this up to?’ conversations, and we spend far less time backtracking through emails.

Overall, the impact has been a calmer front desk, better visibility for our clinicians, and a lot more confidence that nothing is slipping through the cracks.”
