Do we need to change all our existing tools?
No. We start by working with what you already use (CRMs, spreadsheets, booking tools, etc.). Wherever possible, we connect and improve your current stack instead of replacing it.

How long does a typical project take?
Most initial builds take 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and how many workflows we’re automating. During Discovery we’ll give you a clearer timeline before you commit.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of work, not on vague “AI” buzzwords. After the Discovery phase, we present a fixed project fee and any ongoing support options so you know exactly what you’re investing in.

Will automation replace my team?
No. Our goal is to remove low-value, repetitive tasks so your team can focus on higher-value work – strategy, clients, and decision-making – not clicking buttons and chasing data.

How do you handle data privacy and security?
We use secure, reputable platforms and follow best practices for access control, logging, and data storage. We’ll also align with any internal policies or industry rules you already follow.

Do we need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. You know your business; we handle the technical side. We explain everything in plain language and give your team clear documentation and training.

What does the process look like?
We follow a three-stage approach: Discovery (understand your workflows), Build (design and implement the system), and Launch & Support (rollout, training, and ongoing optimisation).
