MIND AND BODY

HATHA YOGA

An energising, grounding and empowering blend of traditional Hatha Yoga; Experiment with pranayama techniques, meditation and posture to develop a nourishing, vitalising and fluid practice.

AERIAL RESTORE

A restorative active recovery class. Incorporating aerial silks and rollers to improve the quality of blood flow to the tissue, reducing muscle tenderness and discomfort. Increase flexibility of soft tissue and reinforce new ranges of motion. Decrease the risk of injury and recovery time, and promote faster results.

YOGA FLOW

A dynamic & vigorous workout; Prepare to feel the heat rise and your senses ignite. Challenge your body as you flow from one pose to the next in a seamless Vinyasa.

YIN YOGA

This class consists a slow-paced series of long-held, passive floor poses. The poses are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. The class will leave you recharged and will set you up for the day.

CORE POWER YOGA

A combination of asana that promote core strength and stability, with a boosting element of Pilates; Activate your entire core and improve flexibility while you enhance concentration and mental awareness.

PILATES

A perfect blend of power and peace; designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Integrate your HIIT Cardio workout with an uplifting strength building Pilates session and the benefits will be long lasting.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

STRENGTH – UPPER BODY & LOWER BODY

Expect strength, grit, technique and personal testing challenges. Incorporating Machine and Free Weight exercises through structured sets and rep schemes, these workouts are dedicated to helping you push beyond your limits and sculpt your physique.

CONDITIONING

Training multiple fitness components in the same session including cardio, strength, balance, stability, power and endurance. Improve coordination and agility in a circuit style workout.

STRENGTH & MOVEMENT

A 45 minute full body workout dedicated to learning new exercises and improving technique. Expect a range of compound and isolation exercises blended with core strength. Great for those who enjoy a constant burn.

BOXING

Improve overall endurance, core strength, coordination and stamina. HF Boxing is suited for the beginner to the elite. Unleash your inner emotions and end your session inspired to take on the fight.

CARDIOFIT

A run/row/ride/arc specific workout designed to build cardio endurance and improve overall fitness recovery across other training styles.

TRX STRENGTH

A dynamic and active workout to sculpt the body, based primarily around use of TRX Suspension Cables, as well as various equipment and timed intensities for a full body defining session.
