As a ‘hybrid’ facility, we understand the importance of incorporating both training styles to compliment one another, in the sense that in order to optimise our physical output we must include restorative practices to aid with recovery and settle the mind, and on the contrary we must include strengthening exercises to assist us with our control in movements found throughout Yoga.
OUR STUDIO CONCEPT
The philosophy behind INTRAFlow is simple. ‘Intra’ meaning ‘from within’, and ‘flow’ meaning ‘what best serves the needs of each individual’. No two bodies are the same, and so by combining two of the most beneficial training methods, INTRAFlow allows individuals to find their own unique balance between progressive Strength and Yoga practices.
